Appointment Reservations
The Spa requires a valid major credit card number to reserve all scheduled appointments and packages.
This policy has been established to insure that our service providers are compensated for the time they set aside
for our clients and their guests ahead of other clients. Without proper notice of cancellations, these service providers are unable to rebook these appointments with other clients or services. (Effective August 1, 2009)
Cancellation
Policy
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.
Because we reserve time especially for you, we require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Last minute cancellations will result in a 50% billing of scheduled services.
Package cancellations require 24-hour notice.
Last minute cancellations will result in a 50% billing of scheduled services.
Spa parties or group reservations require a 48-hour notice to cancel or change appointments.
Last minute cancellations will result in a 50% billing of scheduled services.
ALL
NO-SHOWS ARE CHARGED AT FULL VALUE OF SERVICES SCHEDULED.
Service Charge Policy
An 18% service charge will be added to the services received.
Additional tipping for exemplary service is at your discretion.(Effective August 1, 2009)
Arriving Late
If you expect to be late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make
any adjustments needed to keep you and our staff on schedule. Although we will do whatever we can
to accommodate late arriving clients, it will not always be possible for us to give a late client their
entire appointment time, especially if the client is more than ten minutes late.
We reserve the right to shorten a time service for late arrival.
Returns, Exchange, and Pricing Policies
NO REFUNDS on any gift certificate purchase.
Returns for unused/undamaged packaging of a spa product within two weeks will result in a full refund.
No Returns for used spa product
No refunds on Fitness memberships.
All prices, services and packages are subject to change without notice.
The Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for any reason.
Valuables
Palm Aire Spa thanks guests for leaving their valuables at home or in their room during their visit to the Spa. The Spa cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen personal property.

YOUR INFORMATION
We
are a non-smoking environment.
We
provide lockers, robes and slippers. We have private showers,
steam room and sauna in the locker rooms.
Please
leave all jewelry and valuables at home as we cannot be
held responsible for them.
Please
do not shave 24 hours before body treatments or waxing
services.
Sixteen
(16) years old is the minimum age requirement for all
body and massage services.
Cellphones
Please refrain from using cell phones in the Spa.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
Pool
Usage
Pool usage is complimentary for the day in conjunction
with the receipt of Spa services.
Spa Finder Gift Cards
We do not accept Spa Finder Gift cards or certificates.

Birthday
Club
Birthdays only come once a year and we want you to look
and feel your best! We invite you to join our birthday
club so you can celebrate your birthday in style. With
being a member in the birthday club, you receive a COMPLIMENTARY
birthday gift and a 10% discount on any one 50 minute full price spa service during your
birthday month.(Photo ID proof required with birthday date indicated)
Loyalty
Card
Receive 15% Off Spa services year round. We appreciate
your business and want to reward you for your loyalty
to our Spa. There is a yearly fee of $10 to join the program
and enjoy the great rewards. Terms and conditions on the
card.
Rewards Card
You can easily earn a complimentary service Rewards Program!
All you have to do is receive fifteen 30minute services
in a year and you receive a free sixteenth service! To
earn Reward points faster receive 50 minute services and
receive double points or triple your earnings with 80minute
services. Limit one coupon per visit. Offers cannot be
combined. Terms and conditions on the card.
